Guests may choose to dine in their spacious rooms by the fireplace, or at one of the many intimate locations over-looking one of the four sparkling tiled pools and colorful Mexican gardens. There is casual dining on the Sugar Mill Portal or Cantina. You may also choose to dine in the four formal beautifully appointed colonial dining rooms.

The evening menu changes daily with always three options for the entree. Many of the fresh vegetables and fruit come from the Hacienda's Ranch where they are organically grown. Feel free to discuss with the Chef any personal dietary needs or preferences. The Cuisine of the Hacienda is New American and Sonoran.

Enjoy breakfast and lunch daily in our new " El Agave Cafe," either inside or out on the flower filled patio. There are fireplaces inside and out for chilly days.

For special private parties, limited to 24 guests, you will love the "Tree Top Grill." Please give advance notice if you wish to dine in this romantic location.
